Problem: My remote control doesn't change the
TV channels, volume, or turn the TV on or off.
Solution: The remote control must be programmed to your TV set. |
NOTE: These instructions will only work
if your remote control has four clear white buttons labeled "SAT, TV, VCR, AUX"
- If your TV has a built-in DVD player and/or VCR, the DISH Network remote may not be able to turn the TV on/off, or use the Volume and Mute buttons.
- If these tips do not resolve the problem, please use the original remote control provided with your TV for these functions.
